This house was purchased with the intention of a major addition and renovation to capture and utilize all of the property. The original house built in the thirties had a nice floor plan, was well built, and was situated on a lovely lot in the heart of Nichols Hills. We knew immediately how to best transform the little white house into a home with European inspiration, and dripping with curb appeal – it has become one of those houses that everyone loves.
